Rullion Capacity Builders Foundation is a non-governmental, not for profit organization which was established in 2014 but registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in April of 2016.
This Initiative stems from a personal experience of the founder, Oluwatoyin Egedi (Mrs.) after experiencing the pain of being laid off work in a white-collar job.
We are registered as a trade testing center by the Federal Ministry of Labour and productivity which makes us an accredited center for vocational skills learning.
The Vocational skills centre has gone ahead to birth other babies in line with our vision of
“To lead in providing training and mentorship for women to become financially self-reliant”
1. The Business, Brunch & Network
2. The Women’s Entrepreneurship Fair
3. Women’s Mentorship
We aim to produce ladies from our centre who will own and run successful businesses or who have the expertise to thrive and lead in the workplace
HAVING TRAINED THOUSANDS OF PARTICIPANTS AND EXECUTED TENS OF PROJECTS, HERE ARE A FEW REVIEWS
Upon graduation from the University of Abuja where I studied Biology (Ed.) and was at home awaiting NYSC, I came across a skill acquisition and empowerment ad. it was an opportunity to keep busy so I went for it. I enrolled in the baking & catering class. After training with the RULLION CAPACITY BUILDERS and obtained my certificate on completion, I gained confidence. I opened Indigo Cake Bar, as a home baker in Lagos, I realised that my ``fun`` hobby was no longer quite relaxing. Baking professionally is about being consistent, efficient and fast! As a baker and pastry chef, mastering and improving your recipes, creativity spontaneity & flexibility is key. I'm confident of the future. I've designed unique custom cakes and get an average of eight orders a month. Baking is no longer a way to while away time on weekends - it's a job. Thankfully, it's a job that I love and that I'm good at amongst other things.

I attended because I want to know the wonders of makeup artistry and to become a professional in the field. Wow! It was indeed an awesome experience. I was taught from the basic to advance and finally to professional and wow, I was really proud of myself for taking this wonderful opportunity.

I found Rullion online, and was blown away by the tuition fee (compared to prices from others) for the one month training on ``Cake, catering and pastry``. The training was awesome. Teacher Chika is very good. I was unanimously declared ``Class Rep``, the only male in a class of 20 students. I graduated with a most deserving grade - Distinction.
Two months after my Rullion experience, with a little money I had saved up, I proceeded with registering SUGARHOUSE. Going forward, I'm thankful to Rullion for the foundation, which I've built on and will continue to do so.
